PhD in Private Law

The Institute for Property Law under the direction of Prof. Dr. Vincent Sagaert and Prof. Dr. Dorothy Gruyaert is part of the Research Unit Private Law. The Institute coordinates teaching assignments concerning property law and carries out research into topics relating to private and public real estate law./nPhD research in the field of property law, preparation of national and international publications, participation in the research of the Institute, and limited teaching support within property law are expected.
