PhD in Rf Fingerprinting

KU Leuven, Division ESAT-WAVECORE (Department of Electrical Engineering), Leuven, Belgium/nThis PhD vacancy (ref. BAP-2026-140) in the team of Prof. D. Schreurs focuses on extracting a robust RF fingerprint from the response of electronic devices when stimulated with well-designed high-frequency (microwave/mmwave) excitations. The project studies how these excitations trigger multi-physics behavior, in particular self-heating, enriching the RF fingerprint. Research will be performed by well-optimized experiments and assessed on various RF devices such as GaN transistors.
