Two fully funded PhD positions at Leiden University focusing on academic equity for students with ADHD in higher education. Part of the research project “Time for Academic Equity: Optimizing Support for Students with ADHD in Higher Education”, funded by the Dutch Research Council (NKO). Supervision by Dr. Bianca Boyer, Dr. Anna van Duijvenvoorde, Dr. Kiki Zanolie, and Dr. Boya Li at the Institute of Psychology, Leiden University. Location: Leiden. The project includes two connected research lines: (1) ADHD, academic pressure, and assessment practices; (2) ADHD, inclusive learning environments, and innovative support strategies. Research methods include mixed-methods, ecological momentary assessment (EMA), physiological measures, experiments, and intervention designs. PhD candidates will develop research and teaching competencies and be embedded in the Graduate School with dual mentorship.
