LUT Business School is seeking a motivated doctoral researcher to join its Supply Management team, part of a dynamic international research group, where you will explore sustainable purchasing and supply management and develop deep expertise in the field./nThe research will focus on sustainable, circular, or regenerative purchasing and supply management, with the primary goal of completing a doctoral degree within four years./nThe role includes conducting independent research under the guidance of supervisors, assisting in teaching activities, possible participation in research projects, and international collaboration, including approximately six months at Jönköping University and research visits abroad./nThe job is based at the Lappeenranta campus. Hybrid work arrangements are available, with regular presence required at the campus. The work will begin in early 2026. The employment relationship will start with a one-year term (including a six-month trial period) and may be extended for up to three additional years./nThe salary is determined according to the Finnish university salary system for teaching and research staff (requirement level 1). The starting salary is approximately EUR 2,780 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
