Fees and Funding

Tuition fees vary by programme. Examples found: EUR 4,000 per year for PhD in European Studies; EUR 5,325 per year for the School of Health Professions Education (as of 1 Jan 2026); EUR 500 per year for external PhD candidates at FASoS. Fees are due annually and must be paid for each additional year if the PhD takes more than four years. A 50% first instalment payment is required to commence PhD candidate status.
