Based in the Centre for Decent Work and Productivity at Manchester Metropolitan University, this PhD project will explore the intersection of neurodiversity, maternity, and employment./nThe project will use qualitative methods to examine how neurodiverse mothers navigate workplace reintegration and how organisations can better support them./nThe Centre's related areas include wellbeing at work, the work–life interface, gender and diversity, and inequality./nThis PhD is a three-year award with Home and international tuition fees covered and a standard stipend payment set at a level determined by UKRI (currently £20,780 for academic year 2025/26)./nLocation: Manchester.
