No application fees for individual PhD candidates; host institutions must not charge tuition fees to recruited doctoral candidates. MSCA Doctoral Networks provide employment-contract fellowships with a monthly living allowance of €4,010 (country-adjusted), a €710 mobility allowance, and a €660 family allowance if applicable. Fellowship durations are typically between 3 and 36 months (3 to 48 months for Joint Doctorate fellowships).
