All students pay fees for PhD programmes at private universities. Individual institutions are free to set their own charges, but the average cost is roughly €7,500 per semester. Universities of Applied Sciences are also entitled to charge fees to all students. Costs vary and not all institutions offer PhD programmes.
The student must complete a High School Leaving Certificate with a minimum GPA score of 3.0
