  • Each PhD candidate is assigned one main supervisor and at least one co-supervisor. Supervisors assist with research design, academic development, and progress throughout the project. Candidates also participate in seminars, conferences, and workshops.
  • Yes. PhD candidates are normally employed as research fellows at Nord University. The position includes a salary, social benefits, and access to research funding. The fellowship may be for three years (100% research) or four years (with 25% teaching or administrative duties).
