PhD in Information Systems

PhD fellowship at the Department of Computer Science (IDI), NTNU in Trondheim focusing on socio-technical challenges in the energy transition and digital transformation./nThe position approaches the energy transition as an information infrastructure evolution, with the case of offshore electrification and the transition from fossil-based energy consumption to renewable energy systems. The PhD must focus on the interplay of technical, organizational and societal challenges and use a qualitative research design. The candidate will be part of IDI's research group and the NTNU Energy Transition Initiative, collaborating with key energy actors in Norway.
