Master’s Degree or background in Project Management, Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, or related disciplines
strong research skills, including qualitative and quantitative analysis
interested in applying interdisciplinary approaches to career development
Experience in psychometric testing, career counselling, or professional development is advantageous
English language requirements - IELTS 6.5 (with minimum sub-scores of 6.0)
