- By PSU standards, all incoming students must have a 2.5 GPA for conditional admission and a 2.75 GPA for regular admission. We normally expect students to have at least the equivalent of a 3.0 undergraduate GPA on our 4.0 scale in order to be considered for the ECE MS program.
