Fees and Funding

Internal PhD candidates are appointed when funding is available and receive a salary. International external PhD candidates with a scholarship (IPS) are charged an annual fee of EUR 6,000 (EUR 4,000 for material costs and EUR 2,000 deposited to the candidate's personal research budget). Research Master's tuition for non-EU/EEA students is EUR 15,063 per year (24 months).
