Fees and Funding
PhD positions are typically offered as paid research roles (stipend). From September 1, 2023, new scholarship PhD candidates must pay a contribution of up to EUR 1,700. A minimum income requirement of EUR 1,760 per month for 4 years applies for certain types of PhD candidates. Employed PhD candidates usually do not pay tuition fees.
