Annual tuition for Home students for integrated foundation degree programmes (lab-based subjects) is £9,790 for 2026/27. Annual tuition for International students for subjects with significant laboratory study is £30,650 for 2026/27. Tuition fees are subject to an annual increase based on the UK's Consumer Price Index (CPI), capped at a maximum of 4%. The cost of living is an estimate for a student in Reading, including accommodation, and may vary. If a full academic year is spent studying abroad or on placement, only partial tuition (currently 15% of the standard tuition fee) is paid.
