Application fee: SGD 21.80 (non-refundable, inclusive of GST). International (non-subsidised) PhD tuition fees for ESD were not located on the official website. SUTD charges Compulsory Miscellaneous Fees (CMF) annually; international students are liable to pay GST on tuition fees. SUTD uses a cohort-based fixed fee model for tuition.
