Overview
DTU (Technical University of Denmark) at the Novo Nordisk Foundation Biotechnology Research Institute for the Green Transition (BRIGHT) seeks a PhD candidate for the FrameBio PhD project (MSCA Doctoral Network). The project aims to develop a high-resolution waste-derived novel biotechnology feedstock-host background data generation to enable sustainability assessments and pioneer the development of a Cradle-Gate impact database for combinations of feedstock, pretreatment methods and microbial products (e.g., Single Cell Proteins, SCPs). Emphasis is placed on impacts of novel CO2-based pathways of production. The position is based at DTU in Kgs. Lyngby / Copenhagen, Denmark. The period of employment is 3 years and the position is full-time.
