International Scholarship (USD 7,500) - Awarded annually for up to four years. Minimum GPA of 3.0+ upon completion of high school or secondary school outside the US. Must currently reside outside the US, be in non-immigrant and non-resident status, and require an F-1 visa. Must not have enrolled in post-secondary work. Automatically considered if accepted by UAB no later than May 1 (August intake) and November 1 (January intake).; IB Scholarship (USD 2,500) - Awarded annually for up to four years. Must achieve an IB diploma of 24 or higher. Requires submission of a scholarship application to UAB by March 1. Applicable to full-time Direct Entry undergraduate international enrollments.; Betty Loeb Scholarship for Painting - Awarded by the Department of Art and Art History to assist students in the Painting Program. Applicants must have at least a 3.0 GPA. Preference is given to those with financial need. Requires a completed BSMART Scholarship Application and a representative portfolio (10-15 images).; Amy Royer Leadership Award in the College of Arts and Sciences - Scholarship for non-traditional students.
