PhD in Computer Science (Informatics)

Our modern society relies upon numerous electronic devices that use encryption to communicate and operate securely./nWe want to make these devices more secure with pre-silicon fabrication using extra-functional multi-/many-core simulator under active development in University van Amsterdam./nA temporary contract for 38 hours per week for the duration of 4 years (the initial contract will be for a period of 18 months and after satisfactory evaluation it will be extended for a total duration of 4 years). This should lead to a dissertation (PhD thesis)./nThe Faculty of Science, Informatics Institute and the Parallel Computing Systems (PCS) group at the University of Amsterdam are involved.
