PhD in Product Development

The Department of Product Development in the Faculty of Design Sciences in collaboration with the research center imec is looking for a full-time (100%) doctoral scholarship holder in the field of design for modular electronic architectures./nYou will work actively on the preparation and defence of a PhD thesis modular electronic architectures. This PhD research investigates modular electronic architectures, with a focus on chiplet-based system design to improve scalability, reuse, and sustainability.
