Doctoral Researcher position at the Chair of Ecological Resource Technology, University of Bayreuth, Bayreuth, Germany./nThe position is embedded in the ERC Starting Grant project "SEMPATHY", researching a novel modelling approach of global and sustainable metal cycles./nFocus includes development of the Material Pathway Analysis method to model metals across materials, components, products, and waste streams throughout the entire life cycle, and researching new visualization possibilities for material flows./nThe Chair focuses on modelling, simulation, and evaluation of global material cycles and uses industrial ecology methods, particularly raw material criticality assessment, material flow analysis, and life-cycle assessment, evaluating environmental and techno-economic aspects.
