PhD in Agricultural Sciences

The professorship of Agro-Ecological Modeling at the Institute of Crop Science and Resource Conservation, within the Faculty of Agricultural, Nutritional and Engineering Sciences, is inviting applications for a PhD position (f/m/d)./nstarting as soon as possible. This is a full-time position for 3 years with the possibility of extension for another 3 years upon positive evaluation./nThe Cluster of Excellence “PhenoRob: Robotics and Phenotyping for Sustainable Crop Production” (http://www.phenorob.de/) is developing novel ways for growing crops and managing fields. PhenoRob aims at reducing the environmental footprint of crop production, to maintain the quality of soil and arable land, and to analyze different pathways to improve the adoption of new technologies.
