PhD fellowship in AI for Single-Cell Disease Genomics commencing 1 May 2026 (flexible start)./nPart of the NNF-funded A-SOuRCCE project led by Prof. Fran Supek at the Supek group, Biotech Research & Innovation Centre (BRIC), University of Copenhagen. The project aims to develop an agentic AI framework using Large Language Models to plan analysis, query knowledge graphs, and discover biological mechanisms in single-cell omics data, with emphasis on cancer mechanisms, transcriptional landscape analysis, epigenomic analysis, and integration of scRNA-seq and scATAC-seq workflows./nPlace of employment: BRIC, Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, University of Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark.
