This is an opportunity for a person from an underrepresented group to undertake a fully funded master’s degree followed by a fully funded interdisciplinary PhD research degree under the ‘Sustainable Transitions – Leverhulme Doctoral Training Programme’ at the University of Essex. /nLocation: Colchester, Essex, United Kingdom. /nProject focus: explores how green industrial policies reshape development opportunities and the potential for international cooperation, focusing on inequalities, risk exposure, and the resilience of supply chains at both regional and global levels. /nInterdisciplinary focus: brings together political science, development studies, political economy, and economics; will use methods from these subjects to study effects of green industrial policies on people and institutions. /nTraining and support: Sustainable Transitions training programme, access to Centre for Environment and Society, Proficio funds for training and research, supervisory team support.
