- Usually a 2:2 undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in engineering or a related discipline. Relevant professional experience may also be considered
- At the Medway Campus in Kent, which features over 3,000 square metres of advanced engineering laboratories and over £1 million invested in specialized equipment
- Full-time: 1–2 years Part-time: Up to 3 years.
- You can begin the course in either September or January
- Active engineers, especially those already employed, who wish to undertake industry-based research projects while earning an academic qualification
- Two-thirds of the program is dedicated to a research project, allowing you to develop deep expertise in a chosen engineering topic. The remaining third comprises taught modules selected from the School’s master’s portfolio, tailored to support your research focus.
