Fees and Funding
PhD students pay CHF 80 per semester plus a CHF 200 one-time registration fee; a one-time defense fee of CHF 500 applies at the end of the PhD. Candidates with foreign degrees must pay a CHF 200 administrative/evaluation fee. Total registration/tuition examples given: CHF 680 for 3 years (6 semesters) or CHF 1,000 for 5 years (10 semesters) including the one-time registration fee.
