PhD in Thrombosis

Fixed term PhD studentship (36 months) at the Faculty of Medicine and Health, University of Leeds within the ThromboRisk project, a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Doctoral Network funded by the EU./nThe position will investigate how clot contraction influences thrombus stability and embolism risk, integrating in-silico, in vitro, and in vivo approaches. The project includes training in experimental and computational techniques and a programme of scientific professional courses and immersive training./nHosted in the Leeds Institute of Cardiovascular and Metabolic Medicine (LICAMM), School of Medicine, University of Leeds. Includes two 3-month secondments at University of Bern (Switzerland) and University College London (UK).
