Overview

Position as PhD Research Fellow in science education available at Department of Geosciences./nThe fellowship period is three years./nA fourth year may be considered and it will involve 25 % of other career-promoting work. Other career-promoting work may consist of teaching, supervision, and/or research assistance./nStarting date no later than October 1, 2026./nPlace of work is at the Department of Geosciences, science education sections at Blindern, Oslo./nThe project aims to support students in achieving their academic goals, with a particular focus on the first-year students./nThe project will therefore identify challenges, explore solutions, and co-create interventions in collaboration with students and staff in order to support students’ well-being, motivation, and learning./nCombining co-creation and systematic education design, the project uses Educational Design Research (EDR) to systematically combine design, development and research over several cycles.
