A non-refundable deposit of CAD $3,000 is required for first-year international students, which is applied against future charges and necessary for UPEI's letter of admission for IRCC purposes. A technology fee of CAD $100 per year also applies. Cost of living estimated for Charlottetown, PEI based on INR conversion.
