PhD Student position at the University Hospital of Tübingen, University Medical Clinic, CCU Translational Immunology (Index number 7207)./nProject focus: Development and preclinical characterization of novel advanced antibody constructs for the treatment of malignancies, with an emphasis on mobilization of T cells./nTasks include production and characterization of novel antibody constructs, functional in vitro assays (e.g., flow cytometry, ELISA, multiplex assays) focusing on T cell activation, proliferation and tumor cell lysis, and in vivo studies in xenogeneic and syngeneic mouse models to evaluate efficacy and safety of therapeutic antibodies./nLocation: Tübingen, Germany./nStart of work: as soon as possible./nEmployment: Part-time 65%, Limited: 36 Months./nContact/Supervisor: Herrn Dr. Carlos Avila Nieto.
