PhD in Management Of The Built Environment

As a PhD candidate responsible for developing a multi-layered governance framework for digitally transforming renovation processes, you will design governance structures to guide the implementation and scaling up of PRE-MADONA's envisioned digital ecosystem. You will address issues such as data privacy and ownership, distribution of responsibilities and accountability, and access to technology at organisational, project, and district levels. You will also explore how digital technologies impact stakeholders' perceptions of and interactions in renovation workflows under organisational, local, and national regulatory constraints.
