PhD position in the ERC-funded project “Strategic Care in Activism: Mental Health Across Scales of Social Change” (Care2Act) at Utrecht University, Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences, Department of Social Sciences, based in Utrecht, Netherlands./nFocus: exploring activism and mental health at the intersection of psychology and sociology, using qualitative and participatory methods to study care, strategy, and collective action across social movements at different scales./nWork includes qualitative fieldwork with two activist communities, contributing to comparative aims, interdisciplinary collaboration across social psychology, sociology, and public health, and producing a PhD dissertation and journal publications./nEmployment: a job for one year, with an extension to a total of four years upon successful assessment; working week 36-40 hours.
