PhD in Sensory Science

PhD candidate position at the Marketing and Consumer Behaviour group of Wageningen University & Research to investigate how imported quinoa, novel white lupin and the forgotten aardaker can become important protein sources for consumers. The PhD focuses on understanding motives, preferences and opinions of different consumers, how product properties and associations form opinions, interaction with plant breeders to have realistic products, and interaction with historians to recreate and test recipes. The position is part of the NWA-funded Reap2Sow programme and is located in Wageningen, Netherlands.
