Electrical And Computer Engineering Scholarships

Overview

Students studying electrical, computer, software, and cyber security engineering receive over $250,000 in scholarships each year from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. The department offers close to 50 distinct scholarship funds that have been generously donated by individuals and business benefactors. Each year, the College of Engineering also gives merit scholarships to existing students and scholarships to new students.Students must annually submit a scholarship application to the College of Engineering in order to be considered for all electrical and computer engineering as well as College of Engineering scholarships. The application is usually made available in December and must be submitted to the college by the beginning of February.

Incoming freshmen and transfer students are eligible. Students who have participated in FIRST are given special consideration. An IELTS score of at least 6.5 with no sub scores below 6 A minimum TOEFL score of 80 and no sub scores below 17 in IELTS

The Professor & Mrs. Ting K. Pan Memorial Scholarship was established and funded by Emeritus Professor, Dorothy Pan Wong and named in memory of her parents. The scholarship is to assist international students or students who are the first in their family to attend college.
