Applicants of INCEIF President's Scholarships in Malaysia, 2023 should have secured a minimum of 3.00 CGPA in the Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Applicants of INCEIF MIFF full-time tuition fee waiver program in Malaysia should have obtained admission to full-time MSc program. Candidates should be younger than 40 years at the time of enrollment for the degree.
