INSEAD Russian Alumni Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship was created by a group of Russian alumni, with Alexei Beltyukov '97D leading the initiative, in support of INSEAD's efforts to attract top talent from Russia to the MBA programme. In 2016 they raised sufficient additional funds to endow the scholarship. Scholarships will be awarded to candidates whose educational and professional experience are merit worthy. The alumni wish that the candidates who benefit from their support will return and be successful in Russia.

Russian nationals who have already been admitted to the MBA programme or invited for Admissions interviews will be eligible. Candidates whose education and professional experience has a Russian focus and who demonstrate a strong potential for success in Russia will be considered. Preference will be given to those residing and working in Russia prior to the start of the MBA programme and in particular to candidates who are likely to return to Russia in the foreseeable future. The scholarship will be awarded to candidates who demonstrate that they will benefit from financial assistance.

The scholarship is worth €10,000.

Applications for this scholarship are opened for Rounds 1, 2 and 3. All applications will be reviewed right after the deadline. Complete Diversity Scholarship application and essay questions. In approximately 300 words for all the questions that follow: (a) introduce yourself and include an account of your early years i.e. where you grew up and the primary and secondary schools you attended. How did you finance your secondary education? (b) briefly describe how you envisage contributing to the future development of your country/region after graduation and (c) Give the main reason why an INSEAD MBA is relevant to your future career development.
