The candidates applying for International Scholarships, Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) should be doctoral candidates, who have completed his/her course or the candidates who wish to take at least two-semester research stay at a German university. International Scholarships, Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) are not open to the students in bachelor's degree programs. If the candidates applying are medical students then the candidates should have completed his/her preliminary medical successfully or should have achieved a comparable academic progress abroad. Foreign students who have completed their study in their home country and interested in further studies.
