Eligibility Criteria

Minimum of 3.0 GPA Should be college accepted high school seniors. Current UG students attending 2 or 4-year college. Must be an international student or non-citizen. Should have an offer letter or must be a resident of Washington DC, Maryland or Virginia.

The Professor & Mrs. Ting K. Pan Memorial Scholarship was established and funded by Emeritus Professor, Dorothy Pan Wong and named in memory of her parents. The scholarship is to assist international students or students who are the first in their family to attend college.
