This scholarship is provided by Kwok Scholars Association and the value of this scholarship is Full Funding, Covers tuition fees, college fees and living expenses . This scholarship is open for: Students from Hong Kong and/or mainland China can apply.

The students applying for MPP graduate scholarships at the Blavatnik School of Government, 2022 must be national citizens of China( either permanent resident of Hong Kong or Mainland resident). The candidates applying must have been offered a place to study the Master of Public Policy program at the Blavatnik School of Government (“BSG”) at the University of Oxford. The candidates must also possess excellent academic merit and/or potential to be considered for MPP graduate scholarships at the Blavatnik School of Government, 2022. Applicants must show that they are committed to public service for the benefit of China and/or betterment Hong Kong community. Candidates must also intend to apply their knowledge gained at the University of Oxford to further that commitment.
