Vice Chancellor's International Excellence Scholarship for Malaysia

The University of Waikato and their partners offer a range of scholarships and awards to assist students with fees and living expenses, and to support academic and research excellence.

This Scholarship is intended to support talented international students from Malaysia who are enrolling for the first time into undergraduate or postgraduate programmes at the University of Waikato. The Scholarships have a value of up to NZD$15,000, and will be awarded to successful applicants who demonstrate excellent academic achievement.

Value: Up to NZD$15,000 towards tuition fees

If you are new to the University of Waikato you will need to: Complete an Application to Enrol BEFORE you can have access to apply for Scholarships and Awards (This application is not a commitment to study here at the University of Waikato and can be withdrawn or updated at any time). If you are a current student or already have a Waikato account you will be redirected to the MyWaikato screen: Create an account and Log in to MyWaikato Click on the ‘Scholarships’ tab and select the scholarship you wish to apply for from the list of scholarships at the bottom of the page.
