Federal Aid (FAFSA) - Eligible students can apply for federal aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).; University-funded scholarships - Both merit and need-based scholarships are available.; Cougar Commitment program - Covers tuition and mandatory fees for eligible low-income students from Washington.; PDX Tuition Advantage - Reduced tuition equal to in-state rates for residents of Oregon's Clackamas, Multnomah, or Washington counties.; Border Bill program - Allows students from 13 Oregon border counties to pay in-state tuition if they attend part-time.; Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) (USD 12,000) - A renewable award available to first-year and transfer out-of-state students.; College Bound scholarship - Covers tuition completely for eligible students, plus additional funds for education-related expenses.; Vancouver Academic Achievement Award (USD 3,000) - A renewable scholarship.; WSU General Scholarship Application - Includes over 100 scholarships specifically for WSU Vancouver students.
