Highly competitive, valued at up to $12,000 per year and renewable for up to three additional years.; Transfer Student Scholarship (USD 3,000) - For new domestic Illinois State students with a minimum 3.5 GPA at another college or university. Valued at up to $3,000.; Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship (USD 2,000) - For students who meet the Transfer Student Scholarship criteria and are a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Valued at up to $2,000 per year and renewable for one additional year.; ISU Access Grants - Need-based grants for students from families in the lowest income levels.
