Overview

The BA (Hons) English Literature with Creative Writing program at the University of Winchester offers an exploration of literary and creative writing, combining critical theory with practical workshops. The Creative Writing modules aim to enhance writing skills and allow students to evolve as individual writers, while exploring how their writing relates to broader literary and cultural contexts. The English Literature component involves wide-ranging study, investigating how literature functions through close reading of modern and traditional literature, cultural and critical analysis, and writing in different genres.
