The Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology â€“ Automation and Robotics program at Centennial College provides comprehensive knowledge and practical, hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving fields of automation and robotics technology. Students delve into a wide array of subjects, from fundamental circuitry to advanced applications in automated systems, encompassing mechanics, electricity, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), microcontrollers, motion control, and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) design. The curriculum emphasizes a thorough understanding of theory combined with extensive laboratory experience, including embedded systems, quality control using vision inspection and SPC, and continuous feedback control using PID. The program also focuses on the integration of automated equipment through its design, fabrication, and installation, utilizing state-of-the-art Cyber-physical labs to explore cutting-edge Industry 4.0 technologies. An optional Co-op work term is available to further enhance practical skills and industry exposure.

Centennial College Progress in Ontario College Graduate Certificate for Strategic Management Scholarship (CAD 1,000) - A one-time award for students enrolled in the Strategic Management program who demonstrate academic excellence, financial need, and community commitment. Requires a minimum GPA of 3.0, Canadian citizenship or permanent residency, and full-time enrollment.; International Student Scholarship (CAD 4,000) - For new international students, non-resident, non-citizen of Canada; fully accepted into the first year of a Centennial College program with a minimum duration of two years; admission average above 70% (OSSD equivalent); complete the International Scholarship Application by May 1, 2026.
