Perspective QuÃ©bec Scholarship Program (CAD 1,500) - For Quebec students enrolled full-time in targeted training programs. Scholarships of $1,500 CAD per semester, up to a total of $9,000 CAD for a three-year program. Eligibility requires being a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, a Quebec resident, and studying in a targeted college program.; Government Student Loans and Bursaries Program - Students can apply to the QuÃ©bec loans and bursary program for assistance during full-time studies. The amount awarded is based on annual income of the student, and parents or spouse.
