Algonquin College Practical Nursing Scholarship (CAD 1,000) - Awarded to a full-time student in the Practical Nursing program who demonstrates financial need and academic excellence. Based on academic standing, financial need, and a written essay on career goals.; Degree Scholarship Fall 2026 (CAD 1,000) - Each eligible student receives $1,000 CAD per academic term, up to a maximum of $8,000 CAD over the duration of their degree program. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 8.0/10 (or 80%) across Grades 10, 11, and 12, and meet all other admission requirements. Students must maintain a minimum GPA of 1.7 from the second term onward. Note: This scholarship is for 4-year degree programs and excludes the Bachelor of Science in Nursing, therefore it is not applicable to this Diploma program.; Ontario Learn and Stay Grant - Covers the cost of tuition, textbooks, compulsory fees, and other educational expenses for learners in the Practical Nursing program. Successful applicants are required to work in the region of their education for a minimum of six months per year of funded study upon graduation. This grant was available for students starting in Fall 2023 or Winter 2024, and may not be available for future cycles.; Practical Nursing Bursary - Provided by Algonquin College.; AC Aid Entrance Bursary - For first-time Algonquin College students entering Level 1 of an eligible program, who apply online through their ACSIS account, are approved for OSAP, and have a demonstrated financial need. International students are not eligible for this bursary.
