The Chemical Engineering Technology - Lab and Process Control program at Cambrian College offers in-depth knowledge and practical skills in chemical processes and engineering applications. This advanced diploma uniquely focuses on mineral processing and water/wastewater treatment, making it the only program of its kind in Ontario. Entrance Scholarship (Fall 2026) (CAD 1,500) - New international students applying from outside Canada for September 2026 intake, submitting application through OCAS IAS by May 31, 2026, paying first-semester tuition by June 30, 2026, and obtaining a study permit and remaining registered past Day 10 of classes.; Entrance Scholarship (Fall 2026) (CAD 1,000) - New international students applying from within Canada for September 2026 intake, submitting application through OCAS IAS by May 31, 2026, paying first-semester tuition by June 30, 2026, and obtaining a study permit and remaining registered past Day 10 of classes.; General Scholarships and Bursaries - Over 900 scholarships and bursaries with a combined value of more than $2,000,000 are available for both domestic and international students.; Degree Program Scholarships (CAD 1,000) - New, full-time students in semester 1 in September 2026 in eligible degree programs can automatically qualify for a $1,000 scholarship. An additional $1,000 can be received in semester 2 by maintaining a 75% GPA.; Schulich Builders scholarships - Available for students enrolling in eligible full-time skilled trades certificate and diploma programs.; Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) - Provides financial assistance through provincial and federal loans and grants for eligible students.; Ontario Learn and Stay Grant - Provides financial assistance to students studying in priority health care programs in priority communities in Ontario.; Canada Learning Bond (CLB) (CAD 2,000) - Up to $2,000 for students born in 2004 or later to pay for education after high school.; Work-study programs - Cambrian College employs students year-round in various departments.
